Women cell is a very important committee of an educational institution as onus of creating a congenial environmental free of physical and mental harassment for female’s staff and girl students, lies on it. This cell works on two dimensions, first Generating awareness about women's rights seconds taking action against sexual and mental harassment of women. In general, it ensures protection of women rights in the institution. In our college every year women cell is established with one female teacher as in charge with two or three members. This cell organizes different workshops, rally and special lectures time to time. Days of importance like mahia Samanta diwas and women's day are also celebrated every year. Members of the cell talk to girl students and motivate them to ventilate their problems of the cell. Due to continuous efforts of the cell no case of harassment has been reported for many years.
